SENIOR PASTOR David Puffer with wife Camellia - Pastor David grew up in Brisbane, Australia and Camellia (aka "Camille") is from Crafton, a suburb of Pittsburgh Pa. They met in 1989 in Orlando Florida. After being married, one of the first things they enjoyed as husband and wife was attending seminary together.
David served as Assistant Pastor at Orlando Worship Center and as founder and Pastor of Exousia Christian Assembly also in Orlando. In addition, Pastor David had a weekly radio program entitled "The Exousia Experience".
In 2002, the Puffer's moved to the Pittsburgh area to assist Camille's aging parents and the Lord continued to use them in ministry. After serving for a short time in two small churches their heart grew for the smaller congregations in need. This became the vision and focus of both Camille and David's calling and they used their giftings to encourage and assisted, when and where needed, in the smaller congregations of various denominations.
Before accepting the pastorate at Shepherd's Lighthouse in June 2011, they had a circuit ministry with several churches on the monthly schedule. They visited a different church each Sunday bringing worship music and filling in with preaching of the Word. After the relocation to the Pittsburgh area, David published his first book entitled "Beneath The Surface - where old and new testament meet in living parables". Pastor David and Camille commuted from Pittsburgh weekly until March of 2013 when they then made New Castle their permanent home.
EVANGELISM AND OUTREACH
Moving forward in her calling to evangelism, Camellia started a street outreach ministry called, "Art of the Covenant" (AOTC). For many years Camellia had been stirred to share her faith, and the gospel of Jesus Christ, and did so one-on-one in hospitals, nursing homes, with hospice patients and on the streets. And In 2004 she began open air street preaching & sketch board evangelism after being trained in Lancaster, PA under the ministry of "Open Air Campaigners" (OAC). Camellia also offers evangelism classes to equip others on how to effectively share their faith. She has been on evangelistic street preaching missions to Washington DC and also was part of the gospel training and outreach teams on "Cruise with a Cause 2008" which brought the gospel message to over 40,000 in the Bahama's.

A BIT OF SHEPHERD'S LIGHTHOUSE HISTORY
Pastor Charles Llewellyn served as Senior Pastor from 1958-1977 then he moved to Arizona to continue at a church in Phoenix. Returning in 2004 along with his wife Natalie, he continued to preach once again at the church he founded. In May of 2011 Charles and his wife returned to to California to be with children and enjoy the new opportunities for service that the Lord will use them in.
